脛骨和股骨對VD水平和來源反應(yīng)不同有點(diǎn)兒意思。文中作者討論說,"The stronger responses (in femurs)... are in accordance to the higher earlier mineralization rate of the femur as compared to tibia...and are in agreement with the suggestion that it is a better marker to assess responses of dietary treatments on bone mineralization." 也就是說,股骨的早期礦物質(zhì)沉積相對脛骨來說更為明顯,因此可以作為以后營養(yǎng)對骨骼影響的相關(guān)研究中一個更敏感的檢測指標(biāo)。
