[font=宋體][size=9pt]維護(hù)公司勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律和各項(xiàng)制度，保障公司工作的正常進(jìn)行，激勵(lì)職工的敬業(yè)精神，特制定本條例。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]一、[/size][/font][size=9pt][font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)類別[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)分為：嘉獎(jiǎng)、小功、大功三種和年終評(píng)獎(jiǎng)。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]懲處分為：警告、小過、大過、除名四種。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]二、懲罰事件在小功以下者，由部門經(jīng)理經(jīng)理簽發(fā)《職工獎(jiǎng)罰審批表》生效。獎(jiǎng)罰事件在大功或大過以上者，由總經(jīng)理在調(diào)查核實(shí)后，簽批《職工獎(jiǎng)懲審批表》生效。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]三、《職工獎(jiǎng)懲審批表》生效后，須轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)登記在《職工獎(jiǎng)懲記錄表》中，以備存查，大功或大過以上者在規(guī)定的張貼處張貼告示。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]四、職工有下列情形之一者，予以嘉獎(jiǎng)：[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 1. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]積極維護(hù)公司榮譽(yù)，在客戶中樹立良好公司形象和口碑。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 2. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]認(rèn)真勤奮、承辦、執(zhí)行、或督導(dǎo)工作得力者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 3. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]工作勤奮，超額完成工作任務(wù)者，當(dāng)月被評(píng)為優(yōu)秀員工者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]五、職工有下列情形之一者，予以記小過。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 1. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]對(duì)工作流程或管理制度積極提出合理化建議，被采納者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 2. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]積極研究改善工作方法提高工作效率或減低成本確有成效者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 3. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]檢舉揭發(fā)違反規(guī)定或損害公司利益事件者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 4. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]對(duì)可能發(fā)生的意外事故能防患于未然，確保公司及財(cái)物安全者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 5. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]策劃、承辦、執(zhí)行重要事務(wù)成績顯著者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 6. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]其它應(yīng)給于記小功事跡者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]六、職工有下列情形之一者，予以記大功。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 1. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]在工作或技術(shù)上大膽創(chuàng)新，并取得顯著經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 2. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]同壞人壞事作斗爭，對(duì)維護(hù)正常的工作秩序有顯著功績者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 3. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]對(duì)公司發(fā)展有重大貢獻(xiàn)，應(yīng)記大功之事跡者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]七、職工有下列情形者年終可參加優(yōu)秀工作者評(píng)獎(jiǎng)。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 1. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]一年中累計(jì)三次記大功但無記大過記錄者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 2. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]在當(dāng)年工作中給公司帶來重大效應(yīng)者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 3. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]在當(dāng)年工作中，嚴(yán)格遵守公司各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度，認(rèn)真完成本職工作，工作成績優(yōu)秀者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 4. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]其他可參選優(yōu)秀工作評(píng)獎(jiǎng)?wù)?。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]八、職工有下列情形者，予以警告。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 1. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]因過失導(dǎo)致工作發(fā)生錯(cuò)誤但情節(jié)輕微者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 2. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]防礙工作秩序或違反破壞安全，環(huán)境衛(wèi)生制度者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 3. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]初次不聽主管合理指揮者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 4. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]經(jīng)查實(shí)在一個(gè)月內(nèi)兩次（含）以上未按規(guī)定配戴胸卡者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 5. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]不遵守考勤規(guī)定，一個(gè)月內(nèi)遲到早退累計(jì)兩次者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 6. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]同仁之間相互謾罵吵架情節(jié)尚輕者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 7. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]一個(gè)月內(nèi)兩次未完成工作任務(wù)，但未造成重大影響者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 8. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]對(duì)各級(jí)主管的批示或有限期的命令，無正當(dāng)理由而未如期完成處理不當(dāng)者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 9. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]在工作場所防礙他人工作者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 10. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]在工作時(shí)間內(nèi)睡覺或擅離工作崗位者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 11. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]工作時(shí)間，非招待客戶或業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系飲酒者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]九、職工有下列情形之一者，予以記小過。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 1. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]因玩忽職守造成公司損失但不大者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 2. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]對(duì)同事惡意攻擊，造成傷害但不大者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 3. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]檢查值班人員未按規(guī)定執(zhí)行勤務(wù)者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 4. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]捏造事實(shí)騙取休假者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 5. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]季度內(nèi)累計(jì)三次未完成工作任務(wù)，但未造成重大影響者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 6. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]一個(gè)月內(nèi)遲到早退累計(jì)三次（含）以上者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 7. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]上班期間中午非工作需要飲酒者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]十、職工有下列情形之一者，予以記大過：[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 1. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]在工作時(shí)間睡覺或擅離職守，導(dǎo)致公司蒙受損失者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 2. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]攜帶危險(xiǎn)或違禁物品進(jìn)入工作場所著。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 3. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]故意撕毀公文者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 4. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]虛報(bào)工作成績或領(lǐng)先偽造工作記錄者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 5. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]對(duì)同事惡意攻擊，造成較大傷害者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 6. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]遺失重要公文者（物品）者或故意泄漏商業(yè)秘密者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 7. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]職務(wù)下所保險(xiǎn)的公司財(cái)物短少、損壞、私用或擅送他人使用，造成損失較小者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 8. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]違反安全規(guī)定，使用公司蒙受重大損失者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 9. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]一個(gè)月內(nèi)遲到、早退累計(jì)超過六次（含）以上者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 10. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]未完成工作任務(wù)，造成重大影響或損失者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 11. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]工作時(shí)間，非招待客戶或業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系飲酒者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]十一、職工有下列情形之一者，予以除名。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 1. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]拒不聽從主管指揮監(jiān)督，與主管發(fā)生沖突者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 2. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]在公司內(nèi)酗酒滋事造成惡劣影響者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 3. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]在公司內(nèi)聚眾賭博。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 4. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]故意毀壞公物，金額較大者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 5. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]聚眾鬧事妨害正常工作秩序者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 6. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]違反勞動(dòng)合同或公司管理規(guī)定，情節(jié)嚴(yán)重者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 7. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]對(duì)同仁施以暴力或有重大侮辱威脅行為者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 8. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]嚴(yán)重違反各種安全制度，導(dǎo)致重大人身或設(shè)備事故者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 9 .[/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]連續(xù)曠工[/size][/font][size=9pt][font=Times New Roman]10[/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]天或一年內(nèi)累計(jì)曠工[/size][/font][size=9pt][font=Times New Roman]20[/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]天以上者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 10. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]盜竊同仁或公司財(cái)物者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 11. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]利用公司名義招搖撞騙，使公司蒙受損失者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 12. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]在公司內(nèi)部有傷風(fēng)敗俗之行為者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 13. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]利用職權(quán)受賄或以不正當(dāng)手段謀取私利者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 14. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]年度內(nèi)累計(jì)十三次記大過行為者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 15. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]經(jīng)公檢法部門給予拘留、勞教、叛刑處理者。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] 16. [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]其它應(yīng)給予除名。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]十二、職工獎(jiǎng)懲經(jīng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)后生效，每嘉獎(jiǎng)一次，當(dāng)月獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)[/size][/font][size=9pt][font=Times New Roman]10[/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]元，小功獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)[/size][/font][size=9pt][font=Times New Roman]50[/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]元，大功獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)[/size][/font][size=9pt][font=Times New Roman]100 [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]元；大過罰扣[/size][/font][size=9pt][font=Times New Roman]100[/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]元，主要責(zé)任者或部門主管以上者加倍處罰。[/size][/font][size=9pt]
[font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][font=宋體][size=9pt]十三、職工年終被評(píng)為優(yōu)秀工作者，公司將給予一定獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。[/size][/font][size=9pt][/size]
