2.2 結(jié)果分析
2.2.1生物學(xué)特性及產(chǎn)草量分析
三個(gè)不同的生長階段分別對(duì)甜高粱1號(hào)和甜高粱3號(hào)的株高、葉層數(shù)多少、葉面積的大小、株鮮重量測量結(jié)果分析,株高和粗細(xì)隨生長期延長在增加[5];葉層數(shù)隨生長期增加,到抽穗后不再增加;株草葉面積隨葉層的增多單葉面積降低,抽穗后葉面積變化不大[6],從飼用性能分析,一種植物葉子多、葉面積大,可消化養(yǎng)分量多。株鮮草重量隨生長期增加。
2個(gè)品種的甜高梁風(fēng)干草量隨生長期而增加,符合植物學(xué)生長的規(guī)律。
2.2.2 營養(yǎng)成分含量分析
甜高粱秸稈糖含量測定在青貯前進(jìn)行,含糖量的測定發(fā)現(xiàn),甜高梁秸每節(jié)糖含量不同,含糖量的規(guī)律是由地面向上逐漸增加,到達(dá)秸稈中間段含糖量最高,再向上糖含量呈下降的規(guī)律。
兩個(gè)時(shí)間段含糖量測定,10月初青貯季節(jié)與籽實(shí)成熟后含糖量測定,甜高粱1號(hào)有下降的趨勢,甜高粱3號(hào)有上升的趨勢,含糖量變異加大[7],不同生長部位經(jīng)“t”檢驗(yàn),在10月3日時(shí)間段測定第3、6、9節(jié)差異顯著,(p>0.05);第12節(jié)差異極顯著,(p<0.01);全株平均差異顯著,(p<0.05)。11月3日測定第3、6節(jié)無差異;第9節(jié)和全株平均差異極顯著,(p<0.01)。這種變化有待于進(jìn)一步的探討。
2個(gè)品種適宜青貯期主要營養(yǎng)成分含量,干物質(zhì)甜高粱1號(hào)和甜高粱3號(hào)分別為91.93%、92.61%,甜高粱3號(hào)高出甜高粱1號(hào)0.68%;經(jīng)“t”差異不顯著,(p>0.05);粗蛋白質(zhì)甜高粱1號(hào)和甜高粱3號(hào)分別為8.21%、6.37%,甜高粱1號(hào)高于甜高粱3號(hào)1.84%;經(jīng)“t”差異極顯著,(p<0.01);粗脂肪甜高粱3號(hào)高于甜高粱1號(hào)0.15%,經(jīng)“t”差異顯著,(p<0.05);鈣含量無差異,磷含量甜高粱1號(hào)高于甜高粱3號(hào)0.11%,經(jīng)“t”差異極顯著,(p<0.01);中性洗滌纖維甜高粱1號(hào)高于甜高粱3號(hào)3.52%,經(jīng)“t”差異極顯著,(p<0.01);酸性洗滌纖維、酸洗木質(zhì)素甜高粱1號(hào)高于甜高粱3號(hào)分別為1.57%、0.44%,經(jīng)“t”差異不顯著,(p>0.05)。
以上分析表明,從可消化養(yǎng)分角度分析高粱3號(hào)優(yōu)于甜高粱1號(hào),唯一缺憾的是甜高粱3號(hào)粗蛋白質(zhì)含量低于甜高粱1號(hào)。主要成分與黎大爵2002年研究結(jié)果一致[8]。
2.2.3 飼喂試驗(yàn)結(jié)構(gòu)分析
相同精料補(bǔ)充料和不同青粗飼料牧草組合,相同風(fēng)干飼糧采食量飼喂試驗(yàn),標(biāo)準(zhǔn)乳日產(chǎn)量均比試驗(yàn)前14.92kg增加,鮮甜高梁1號(hào)組合多產(chǎn)奶2.64kg,鮮紫花苜蓿組合多產(chǎn)奶3.17kg,鮮黑麥草組合多產(chǎn)奶2.61kg,鮮甜高梁3號(hào)組合多產(chǎn)奶2.49kg,各試驗(yàn)組經(jīng)“t”檢驗(yàn),紫花苜蓿組顯著高于對(duì)照組,(p<0.01),分別高于甜高粱1組、黑麥草組、甜高粱3組,(p<0.05);甜高粱1組、黑麥草組、甜高粱3組之間,
乳脂肪、乳蛋白質(zhì)、乳中非脂固形物幾乎無變化, 各試驗(yàn)組經(jīng)“t”檢驗(yàn)差異不顯著,(p>0.05)。
乳中干物質(zhì)不同粗飼料牧草組合與對(duì)照組比較略有上升,各試驗(yàn)組之間經(jīng)“t”檢驗(yàn)差異不顯著,(p>0.05);各試驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組之間經(jīng)“t”檢驗(yàn)差異顯著,(p<0.05)。
甜高粱切碎青飼,配合其它牧草,飼喂相同精料混合料飼喂奶牛,適口性明顯的好于玉米青貯和干草。綜合分析,奶牛泌乳期飼糧中適量的增加青綠牧草有助于提高產(chǎn)奶量,豆科牧草要好于禾本科牧草。

Analysis of Nutrients Feeding Characteristics and Biological Outputs of Sweet Sorghums

Abstract: Sweet sorghum No.1 and No.3 were introduced form Shenyang Agriculture Academic Institute for feeding cows, the adaptability and biology output were determined in the experiment, the trial was divided into two steps, adaptability observation in a small area, determination of biological output and the experiment of feeding the cows. The results showed that, the two kinds of sweet sorghums grow well in the east of Hebei Province, can be used as green roughage and silage of cows. The suitable growth density of sweet sorghum is 60000-67500kg individual plant/hectare. The half-dry matter content accounts for 21.29% and 20.85%. The fresh output the sweet sorghum No.1 and No.2 can attain 140370-158280kg per hectare and 151140-170025kg per hectare respectively. In milky ripe stage, the content of day matter, crude protein, ether extract, calcium, phosphorus, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber and acid detergent lignin are 91.93% and 92.61%, 8.21% and 6.37%, 2.49% and 2.64%, 0.20% and 0.29%, 0.26% and 0.15%, 41.08% and 37.56%, 26.8% and 25.23%, 3.6% and 3.16% respectively. Sugar content can reach 15.985% and 14.441%, the sweet sorghum No.1 and No.3 biological output is high, suitable for green feeding and silage of dairy cows, they are both good green roughages.
