求助！最近有客戶詢問(wèn)半乳糖苷酶AGSU的意思，我查遍資料，只發(fā)現(xiàn)國(guó)外是這樣定義的：One Alpha-galactosidase Unit (AGSU) is that amount of enzyme which will liberate on (1)micromole of glucose in ten (10) minutes under the conditions of the AGSU Assay. 請(qǐng)教各位國(guó)外半乳糖苷酶檢測(cè)定義里面AGSU assay是什么樣的條件？？

One Alpha-galactosidase Unit (AGSU) is that amount of enzyme which will liberate on (1)micromole of glucose in ten (10) minutes under the conditions of the AGSU Assay.
其中α-半乳糖苷酶組（AGSU）是將酶：（1）在十葡萄糖micromole（10）分鐘解放根據(jù)AGSU量檢測(cè)的條件。AGSU assay >>AGSU法

還是不懂。。。。那句話的意思是1個(gè)α-半乳糖苷酶U是在AGSU法條件下10min釋放1微摩爾葡萄糖所需要的酶量，我不明白這個(gè)AGSU法到底是個(gè)什么條件？？PH是多少？溫度是多少？底物是什么？底物濃度呢？
