這個嘛Its fresh is editable and its skin can be used for making leather 貌似應該可以翻譯成，肉是可以食用的，皮可以做皮革制品
the pig is domesticated ,fat and editable 貌似是豬被圈養(yǎng)后，會很肥胖可以有很多肉吃
