BIOMIN announces the EU authorization of FUMzyme® as “substances forreduction of the contamination of feed by mycotoxins”.

百奧明宣布FUMzyme®(煙曲霉毒素降解酶)作為“降低飼料中霉菌毒素污染危害的物質(zhì)”已得到歐盟認(rèn)證!


FUMzyme®, part of the well-established Mycofix® product line of BIOMIN, is the first-ever purified enzyme authorizedby the EU proven to biotransform fumonisins into non-toxic metabolites.


FUMzyme®是百奧明霉菌毒素脫毒劑產(chǎn)品系列中的一個(gè)組成部分,是首個(gè)得到歐盟認(rèn)證的能夠?qū)熐苟舅赝ㄟ^生物轉(zhuǎn)化降解為無毒代謝產(chǎn)物的純化的酶。


FUMzyme® was originally isolated from the fumonisin degrading soil bacteria Sphingopyxissp. MTA 144 and identified as fumonisin esterase by the BIOMIN Research Center.


FUMzyme®最初是由百奧明研究中心從能降解煙曲霉毒素的土壤細(xì)菌Sphingopyxissp. MTA 144中分離得到的,并進(jìn)而鑒定出其降解煙曲霉毒素的酯酶。


The product is effective in degrading fumonisins to compounds of significantlylower toxicity in the gastrointestinal tract of animals. The sphinganine/sphingosineratio, considered the most sensitive endpoint for fumonisin toxicosis, was included as an important parameter in several short- and long-term feedingstudies conducted with pigs.


這個(gè)產(chǎn)品在動物的胃腸道中有效地將煙曲霉毒素降解為毒性顯著降低的化合物。二羥鞘氨醇/鞘氨醇的比例被認(rèn)為是煙曲霉毒素毒性反應(yīng)的最為敏感的最終指標(biāo),豬上的幾個(gè)短期和長期飼養(yǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究中也將該比例作為重要指標(biāo)。


Thesetrials consistently demonstrated that the addition of FUMzyme®significantly reduced the sphinganine/sphingosine ratio of pigs fed fumonisin-contaminateddiets. Sphinganine/sphingosine values generally returned to levels seen inanimals fed corresponding diets free from fumonisins.


這些試驗(yàn)的結(jié)果一致地表明:

添加FUMzyme®對飼喂了煙曲霉毒素污染的飼料的豬,能顯著降低其二羥鞘氨醇/鞘氨醇比例。該數(shù)值通常會恢復(fù)到未攝食煙曲霉毒素飼料的正常動物的水平。


Untilnow, the binding of fumonisins to adsorptive substances was the only solution availableto counter fumonisin intoxication. Due to the molecular structure of these mycotoxinsand pH dependence of the reaction, fumonisins are only insufficiently adsorbed bymycotoxin-binding products in the gastrointestinal tract.


迄今為止,吸附劑是對煙曲霉毒素進(jìn)行脫毒的唯一可用的解決方案。由于這類霉菌毒素的分子結(jié)構(gòu)和吸附反應(yīng)中對pH值的依賴性,煙曲霉毒素在胃腸道中不能被霉菌毒素吸附劑完全吸附。


Accordingto current BIOMIN Mycotoxin Survey results of 2014 in which more than 3,500 samples worldwide were analyzed, fumonisins were found in 82% of all corn samples with an average contamination of over 2,200 ppb.


根據(jù)目前百奧明2014年的霉菌毒素調(diào)查結(jié)果,已分析了來自全世界的3500個(gè)樣品,其中在全部的玉米樣品中82%的玉米檢出有煙曲霉毒素,其平均污染水平超過2200ppb。





In 2013, BIOMIN became the first company to receive the European Commission authorizationfor feed additives with mycotoxin-counteracting properties. The authorizations werefor the deoxynivalenol-biotransforming product Biomin® BBSH 797 and theaflatoxin-binding bentonite Mycofix® Secure.


2013年,百奧明是第一家得到歐盟官方認(rèn)證的公司,認(rèn)可其飼料添加劑具有處理霉菌毒素的特性。該認(rèn)證包括對嘔吐毒素生物降解的產(chǎn)品百奧明BBSH797以及蒙脫石黃曲霉毒素吸附劑Mycofix®Secure。
